What We Collect, and Why

We only collect what each form on this site asks you for, to respond to you or to deliver the thing you requested:

Contact form — name, email, subject, and message, to reply to your inquiry.
Meeting booking — name, email, phone (optional), a guest invitee's email (optional), a reason/message (optional), and the date and time you selected, to schedule and confirm the meeting.
Job applications (the jobs board, in English or Spanish) — first and last name, email, phone (optional), whether you live in Montevideo, and your CV/resume file, to evaluate your application.
Collaborator access requests — name, last name, email, country, area of work (optional), LinkedIn profile (optional), and your CV, to review your request for access.

Cookies

We use two kinds of cookies. Strictly necessary ones (csrf_token, and a Supabase session cookie for signed-in portals) are always on — the site doesn't work without them. Analytics cookies (Microsoft Clarity, Vercel Analytics) only load after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie preferences" in the footer.

Who We Share It With

We work with a small set of service providers to run this site:

Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
Resend — delivers the transactional emails these forms send (e.g. a contact message or a booking confirmation).
Google Calendar — creates the calendar invite for a booked meeting.
Microsoft Clarity and Vercel Analytics — site analytics, only once you've accepted analytics cookies.
Vercel — hosts the site.
